15mm to 12mm Fork Thru Axle Conversion Kit. Use 12mm wheels in a 15mm fork. Converts 15x100 forks to 12x100 standard by using two inserts to reduce the diameter of your fork's dropouts. This adapter is widely compatible with many bike brands, please check item specifics for details.
15+10 Thru Axle Adapter
Kit includes the following:
- Threaded insert: M15x1.5mm pitch external thread, M12x1.5mm internal thread, 15mm deep.
- Thru axle hole insert: 15mm OD x 12mm ID, 10mm deep.
- Thru Axle: 12mm x 130mm long, M12x1.5mm thread + optional 2mm spacer (for fine tuning length and fit).

1. Use either grease or low-strength thread locker on the threaded insert.
2. Use Park Tool SPA-2 or equivalent 2.3mm pin spanner to tighten threaded insert into fork. Flange goes on the OUTSIDE (see third picture).
3. Use grease on O-ring of thru hole insert and install into fork with a combined pushing and twisting motion. Do NOT use thru axle to drive the insert into the fork.
4. Use grease on threads of Thru Axle.
