Kit includes the following:

Threaded insert: M15x1.5mm pitch external thread, M12x1.5mm internal thread, 24mm deep.

Thru axle hole insert: 15mm OD x 12mm ID, 24mm deep.

Thru Axle: 12mm x 152mm long, M12x1.5mm thread.

1. Use either grease or low-strength thread locker on the threaded insert.

2. Use Park Tool SPA-2 or equivalent 2.3mm pin spanner to tighten threaded insert into fork. Flange goes on the OUTSIDE (see third picture).

3. Use grease on O-ring of thru hole insert and install into fork with a combined pushing and twisting motion. Do NOT use thru axle to drive the insert into the fork.

4. Use grease on threads of Thru Axle.
